i have a panasonic DMR-PWT635 new yesterday. Yesterday i set it up fine and i fould all the freeview channels. today i've switched it on and lots of freeview channels are missing. if i plug the ariel straight into the tv they are there but through the DMR-PWT635 they have gone. i have tried switching it on and off.

Hi,

I would suggest re-tuning the DMR-PWT635. You can do this as follows:

1 Press [SETUP].
2 Select “Auto Setup” in “Tuning”, then press [OK].
3 Select “Yes”, then press [OK].

Let me know if that solves the problem, if not I'll investigate further.

i forgot i sent this request. no it didn't work. of course i tried retuning it. i tried that many time, long before i tried the "Shipping Condition" mode. still missing channels.

Hi Mike,

Please try:

Setup > Tuning > Channel List - scroll up / down and see if any of the channels are hidden (don't have a tick mark)

Also try:

Setup > Tuning > Signal Condition - scroll up /down to see what the signal quality is like (Green - good, Yellow - poor, Red - bad).

What region are you in?, do you have any reception problems?
