Hi Alison

The problem you have Alison is the backlight is out, thats why you cant see any picture now in order to tackle this would mean you\someone you know using a meter to follow a procedure and the procedure is this

1)The supply volys from the powerboard usually about 24vdc to the invertors checked
2)The mainboard switch on 5voltsdc checked
3)The invertors inspected
4)The invertors replaced

I am sorry this isnt anything easier

Let me know if you can do work on the set
An engineer is going to charge around £100_£150 to fix this

Please let me know if you can or you need more info or further clarification

Many Thanks
Anthony
