Hello, my name is Shahid, I'll be happy to assist you.
Sorry for delayed reply.

Please allow me to ask you a few questions to diagnose the problem.

- Can you please get the model number written on back or side of TV?
- How old is it and how long it have had this problem?

Thanks.

Thanks Wendy for the reply.

Is TV 3 days old or have problem since 3 days?

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

the problem is 3 days old the tv is just over three years old

Thanks Wendy for the info.

This kind of problem occurs due to defective capacitors in power supply board of TV and replacement of bad capacitors (it requires soldering work with proper tools and skills) or entire power supply board would resolve the slow/ delayed power up issue in TV.
I'm sorry there is no easy or quick fix for this problem because of hardware issue and bad parts replacement will fix the problem, local TV tech will do this job and this repair may cost 80 to 100 Pounds.

I trust my input will help you out. Please feel free to respond if you have any additional questions.
A positive rating to answer would be greatly appreciated!
Regards,

Shahid.
