hi i have just bought a new 32inch smart telly & unabe to connect to bt broardband , i have asked bt if there is a problem with my broardband they say no sugest that it might need adjustingcan u advise please ?

useing wireless router no tv not getting signal i have tried to get the i player stations they not working 7 bt spot is not encripted

Okay, did you try Automatic Wireless Network Setup in Network Settings of TV menu?

Or what option you have tried to connect TV with router?

Hi Dave, lets try setup one more time.

Please go to Menu > network > network settings and select network type to wireless, does TV display list of available wireless router?
Select your router in list, if it doesn't appear, select Add Network to enter it manually then enter the security key and select Done to finish the setup, TV will show confirmation message for successful connection with router.

Now please post back at what stage/ step TV fails to connect with router.
