When it shuts down is the power light lit ?

4 years old

it goes into standby

it is 4 years old

and then will it start again after few minutes or you have to unplug the unit to turn it on again ?

Customer:

it will start again after a few minutes

was there a power cut and then this problem start ?

Customer:

no power cut, I went into menu and may have changed something

KevinWhiteJA :

OK, there is factory reset for this unit...if you have changed something it will make it work again...follow these instructions to reset it completely:


Unplug the unit and then plug it back after 2 minutes...after you plug it back in press and hold the TO THE LEFT the volume button and the CHANGE CHANNEL button. At the same time hold down the AV select button...now simultaneously press the TV ON button to turn it on...

After this is done use your remove and then using the "P" button on your remote select RESET and then press OK...and then make sure to RESET all of them...this will reset everything and it should start working again

No Joy ,where is the AV button, and RESET button

AV select button is the round button located on the TV

KevinWhiteJA :

there is no RESET button...once you follow the instructions you will see the RESET will appear on your TV
