Hello, my name is Shahid, I'll be happy to assist you.
Please allow me to ask you a few questions to diagnose the problem.

- Can you please get the model number written on back of TV?
- What video devices are connected to this TV and do you get no sound regardless of what video device is being played?

Thanks.

Can anyone help
Expert:  Pete replied 2 years ago.
Hi Maria,
If the source won't stay put, then it seems there is a button stuck, either on the TV's control panel or on the remote control.
With the TV powered off, try pressing and releasing the buttons on the TV's control panel several times to ensure they are releasing normally and not sticking on. Then leave any remote controls that can be used with the TV outside the room to help eliminate them. Turn the TV back on and try adjusting the sound using the TV's control panel. Let me know if that works.
