Colour on my Samsung TV has got green glow round figures and items?

- Can you please get me the complete model number written on back of TV?
- Also, how old it is and how long it have had the problem?
- Does TV own menu graphics has green glow too?

Hi Shahid


 


This is a Samsung DV3 HD ready 1080p SRS 42 " Flat screen TV bought in Dec 2008 delivered Jan 2009.


 


The problem has only been for a couple of days


 


Own graphics seem to be OK but picture is distorted and seems to have this glow over it


 


The menu has changed from being bright blue with the highlighted programme in yellow to dark blue and orange highlighted.


 


Can I give you any more information?

If I could have pictures of TV screen to view the own menu and distorted colors picture that would be very helpful to diagnose the problem quickly.

I cant wait any longer for answers I appreciate its not easy on a computer but I need to have an engineer to look at it. Please can you reimburse my money back to pay pal as I'm not really qualified to sort this out. I am a pensioner and thinks I need a person to look at it.
