TV Repair Questions? Ask a TV Technician for Answers ASAP
A few months ago from ***** *****. I am basically happy with it and at times I feel I have cracked it and the picture is good.
The colour is always better when played back through my Samsung recorder.
I really need some advice regarding which settings to try.
Any expert should have been able to tell me that I had a support facility on the TV with the ability to have a technician remotely control my TV for free. In desperation I came upon this service myself. They upgraded my software. It is looking a whole lot better already.
You took more than 5 hours, charged me £20.00 and didn't really do a thing.
