I am attempting to register my new TV. Firstly your web site

I am attempting to register my new TV. Firstly your web site thinks that I am in US. Secondly it does not recognise the model KDL-32W7058.
This was purchased from Currys on 25 September 2014. My password ***** *****
I have already Registered my DVD Player purchased at the same time without any trouble.
I have now spent over 45 minutes going round in circles. Will you please help me to register the TV.

Thank you. It took a long time for what should be a normal regular enquiry. I needed the registration in order to download the user manual.

I simply cannot understand why the web site did not respond in the beginning.
