Hello
OK thanks
This usually means scan board failure however please try this >>>>disconnect set from the wallpower, disconnect ALL the inputs from the back of the set, whilst set is OFF press the on\off button on the front of the set and hold it there for 20 seconds wait another 20mins then try the set again without inputs connected
Let me know the results of that

Hi
I am assuming you are pressing the menu button of the sets own remote control, if thats the case then it would appear like the mainboard has failed, its original issue of throwing up the 7 blinks has now moved on to this because of the reboot
Are you able to do this work yourself?you must be able to use a meter and have good "hands on"
I will provide more detailed info
Anthony
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

Hi Yes will be ok to do myself can use meter and small tools no prob

Expert:  info tech replied 2 years ago.
Hello
If you can take a photo of the inside of the set and upload using the paperclip on your toolbar this will help, however you need to get the back off the set, look on the powerboard (trace powercord to it)for the Vs and Va voltage test points black lead to metal chassis red lead to test point meter set to 300vdc or therabbouts.
Switch set on and measure these voltages the voltages should be on the panel on a sticky label
