Resolved Question:

We have a Samsung UE40D6530 smart TV and had downloaded both the itv player and Amazon Prime apps. We then moved the TVs and now cannot load Amazon Prime as the codes don't seem to work and every time we select the itv player app the screen goes black and the TVs turns off. Can you help us reload the apps so they work again?

Hi, when you say MOVED the tvs - have you simply swapped rooms - or moved to a new home/location?

We simply moved the TVs from one room to another but had to set up the wifi connection again. It was then that tha it player app stopped working and it would not accept the Samsung codes For the Amazon Prime app that I got off the website.

When this happens - the WiFi router from your cable company likely needs to be reset so the TVs can acquire a new MAC address.
Turn off the TVs, and reset your WiFi router. Usually just unplug it from the wall for 5 minutes will reset the modem.
Turn the TV on - and then search for the wifi signal again.
Since the TV was unplugged - it likely lost the wifi permissions to connect.
