Sound on 40AX630B. With Sound set to Standard and on Treble

Sound on 40AX630B. With Sound set to Standard and on Treble adjustment moving from -15 to +15 does not seem to make any difference. On the Bass, similar movement does make a difference. Because of our ages, we need to increase treble.

Could you try this

1. Display the menu with MENU.
2. Select Sound > Mode with up/down keys and press OK to access.
3. Select the mode to user with up/down keys and press OK to set.

Then if you go into sound settings you will have more control over the audio.

1. Display the menu with MENU.
2. Select Sound with up/down keys and press OK to access.
3. Select one of the following items with up/down keys and press OK to access.
Bass / Treble / Equaliser / Balance / Surround / Bass Boost
4. Set with up/down keys and press OK to store.

The reply did not help me and did not answer the question. A reply is no longer needed as I have returned the TV to the shop as the sound was not of satisfactory quality. If my question had been answered I might have been able to improve the sound. All I want now is my £16.00 back
