I just took delivery of two Samsung UE40H6200AKXXU TVs - all seems fine in set up but neither of them will pick up any channels when I try automatically scanning .

Is it a Cable/SAT box, or direct aerial from the wall to the TV (no box)?

Okay, and in the Setup MENU of both TV's, are you selecting "Cable" or "AIR" BEFORE running the channel scan?

- Did you get Initial Setup screen in TV when first time turn it On and have you finished the setup process?
- Also, is the aerial tested and worked on another TV?
