OK, is TV hooked to aerial to get local channels?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

It is attached to a sky box that has been working perfectly well as getting local channels until the dog stepped on the control!

Lorna,
I need to narrow down the issue to figure out is the problem coming from Sky box or with in TV so we need to connect another video source to the TV to see if picture appears in normal size or small?
Once we figure it out then it will be far easier to focus on affected thing.
Thanks understanding.
