I have lost channels on my TV - checked and rebooted have also checked settings and re-tune channels but I do not have ITV3 channel 20 (drama and others). Not sure what else to try also most of my recordings are now failing. This has only happened in the last 2 weeks before that everything was fine also I do not have HD channels

Hi there,1. What is the make and model number of your TV?2. Are you viewing and recording on the TV itself, or are you using an external box? If you are using a box, please include the make and model number of it.
