Hello
Welcome
Thanks for the Question

OK we may have to go over some old ground for you however I do have to ask, if you press the manual buttons for switch on at the set itself do they have any affect please?

Have you tried rebooting the set by unplugging the set from wallpower waiting 5 mins then replugging back in again?

Let me know please

William OK thanks for that

It can't be "released" the set is probably not being commanded to come on (their are other causes this is the most likely) and it will mean in all likelihood that a board will be replaced in the set do you think you can do this work yourself?

Let me know please

OK thats good

Whats you need to do first as a standard procedure is check the condition of the capacitors on the powerboard look for leaking/ballooning/raised domed tops check each one carefully

Like in the above graphic, let me know about that first the powerboard is traced by tracing the powercord to it
