My Sony Bravia TV appears to be connected to wi-fi but I keep getting an error message saying " A network error has occurred" when trying to use internet.

Hi there,
The wireless network connection may be slow or suffering from interference.
You could try using powerline adapters instead to make a more reliable connection:

Thanks for your reply. I ran another diagnostics check which said Wi Fi was connected OK so I re-configured the network settings and it works fine now
