Sir's I had youview installed on Wednesday and today there is no picture. I am 91 years old and rely on my telly for entertainment. The only signal I get on the screen is "NO SIGNAL"

OK do you have the TV on the correct input for youview?so have a look at the TVs remote control there will be an input button may be termed source or AV or EXT you need to "pick out" the youview using that button usually by continually pressing it as its likely the TV is in the wrong input mode so let me know please
