Go into the TV's setup menu and there should be an about option or a system option. Go into that and it should have the update option there.

Could you try unplugging the TV from the power cable for about 5 minutes to allow the TV to reset itself, and then power it back on to see if it will load the problem apps?

No that didn't work. As I said it is only certain apps that won't load.
