Can you remove the power to the TV (unplug it from the power socket) then hold the power button on the actual TV for 60 seconds then release.
Wait 10 minutes, connect the power and turn it on and tell me please if it now functions correctly.

Hello. I tried doing what you suggested but sorry to say it didn't work. TV picture still come on but goes off after about 2 mins

this confirms the problem
It is the powerboard in the TV that has faulted.
