Samsung ue43j5606 when we try to get horse racing results on teletext the results are not all on there but the results are on our other tvs, why is this please?

UE43J5606 seems incorrect.- What video devices/ sources (such as cable box DVD player etc) are connected to TV and does the problem occur on all video input sources?Thanks.

Model number UE43J5606AK no other devices connected to TV. The other TVs are freeview and we get the full information.
on the smart tv we only get part of the info on teletext.

- Have you tried to unplug TV power cord from wall outlet for 10 minutes to reset, replug back in and check?If not yet, can you try it now and reply back with the result?Thanks.

It makes no difference why would it happen like this on a smart TV but not on ordinary tv
