Hi I have a Samsung UE326000RK tv and I'd like to access the Internet (Amazon Prime) so I can watch movies. I've just connected a wireless LAN adapter WIS12ABGN which appears to have connected us to our wireless internet but I still can't access the smart hub on the tv. Any suggestions?

Unfortunately, that adapter was not a productive investment. Even with it added on, the tv is extremely limited in capability.If it was a new purchase, I'd highly recommend returning it and getting your money back.While it may have helped at one point 5 years ago, it won't do any good now. What has happened here is that samsung's media contract with Amazon expired as it pertained to certain models, including yours. Most all 2012 and prior samsung products (tvs and blurays) that previously had access to amazon streaming content were no longer able to access the service.You are not seeing the app in the smart hub because it was removed by an automatic software update. Even if you had stopped the update, the app would simply cease to connect.This is not an amazon issue, it is really a samsung issue, as they were not willing to negotiate/pay for the content access any longer.We are unfortunately finding this type of problem to be common among smart tv manufacturers, and often see waning support for the products. As soon as the initial warranty period is past, they essentially stop supporting them in terms of significant updates/upgrades, and often lose content as time goes on.This is a samsung problem, and is samsungs fault for opting not to support their products. I can certainly understand your frustration with no longer being able to access a feature that you paid for and expected when purchasing the tv. There are other options here, but would require additional equipment.For about $40-90 you can buy a roku or fire tv, which are external devices that plug into a hdmi port on the tv, and give you access to not only the amazon instant video app, but also netflix, hulu, youtube, and hundreds of other apps/games/channels/etc. These both have an "app store" similar to phones/tablets, and are much more capable in terms of speed and processing power and the ability to add on other features. These devices are also very well supported - they won't suddenly drop apps, because those apps really are the product your'e buying here with the hardware device.
