Hello, Offhand the picture that you see in the shop has much to do with the source being fed to the TV. It would be at least a 1080P source connected to it using an HDMI cable. Any lesser forms of signal will display with the same clarity and resolution. Can you tell me what you have connected to the TV currently and using what type of cable?
