When watching via my set top box, the screen freezes or goes

Customer Question

When watching via my set top box, the screen freezes or goes blank and I cannot recover it. If I switch off the set top box and swiutch it on again, sometimes it recovers for a time.
There seems to be an intermitent fault and so pplease send me a replacement box.
