HelloWelcome How are you viewing TV services please?satellite/cable box/cable straight no box/antenna? Does this blur happen with other inputs like a DVD player for example? How old is the set please? Anthony
Customer: replied 9 months ago.
Hi Anthony,It happens with a Sky (satellite) input and the TV set is 2 years old.I found an article online when I first bought the TV, explaining the optimum settings in order to reduce the blur effect and this worked really well. However we recently moved house, the TV was unplugged and I guess it lost all its settings ... and of course I can no longer find the article. Thanks for any assistance,Andrew

Andrew because you moved house wont mean the set has lost its settings do you have the manual to the set? Is the sky box the same box you had in previous house? Anthony
Customer: replied 9 months ago.
Hi Anthony,Thanks for your quick response. The Sky box is the same one, but the feed into it is coming from a satellite dish, rather than a feed from the apartment block that we were in.I don't have a manual. Thanks, Andrew

I understandThe manual is within the TV itself via the HOME button>>user manual there will be a section in the manual on how to adjust the motion lagging, if you set this up before it will be in the manual, nowadays manuf do not provide pdf manuals for smart sets as the manual is on board the set so I cant give you any info as to where that is in the manual however from what you are saying this does sound like a calibration issue, the thing is every set is different so there are no specific settings regardless of what these forums say because of the unique individual panel (screen) Let me know if you have problems after going through the on board user manaul Anthony

Hi Anthony,I tried using the manual at the outset, but this didn't do much good; hence I am paying for some expert advice, which I had hoped would go beyond 'read the manual'.If you don't know how to help then that's fine, but please just say so.Thanks,Andrew

What you were looking for yesterday must have been something like this ;HOME ➾ Settings ➙ PICTURE ➙ Picture Mode ➙ Picture Option ➙TruMotionTry the options in there to see which will work better for you
Expert:  Jack replied 9 months ago.
That is your menu by the way ;Press HOME then go to ➾ Settings then➙ PICTURE then➙ Picture Mode then➙ Picture Option and ➙TruMotionTry ;Smooth De-Judder / De-Blur value is set to 3.Clear De-Judder / De-Blur value is set to 7.Clear Plus The screen appears clearer when Clear is selected.User will give you a manual adjust on this and may be what you need If that does the trick then please do rate

By the way , the manual below is the one built-into the tv but it is not always easy of access and difficult to adjust the tv and look at the built-in manual at the same time so here it is in PDF (reader) format so you can have it opened at the same time as you perform the adjust .The adjusts I mentioned above are on page 40 of this manual , click the link below;http://data.manualslib.com/pdf2/49/4841/484006-lg/55lm760t_user_guide.pdf?d434853296a4244414cef54563f0a7f3&take=binaryIf you have any questions on this let me know
