Can you explain what the problem is with the Netfix image?

it looks like a low resolution video from the internet or old video, even though the films are only a couple of years old.

Hi it is likely the resolution not being correct but please check your cables because that woudl cause this not the MHZ.

How old is your TV?

It's a week old, and has netflixs built in, my internet connection is lan cabled from the modem to a lan plug in the domestic electicity wall socket upstairs, then the same from the socket downstairs to the tv. Perhaps that's causing a bottle neck.

It sounds more like the Tv may have a defective component. i wold exchange that one and see if that solves the issue.

There really isn't anything other that poor cable signal or a bad TV that would cause this issue;-)
