OK, does youview box home/ logo screen appears on TV when select correct video input source in TV by pressing input button on TV remote?
What type of connection cable/cord is used to hook youview box to TV and what video input of TV is plugged into?
TV seems fine as it shows youview home screen and problem seems with youview box which isn't getting channel data for some reason. Have you tried to unplug youview box power cord from wall socket for 10 minutes to reset, meanwhile check connection cables plugged in youview box to make sure they are secure, replug youview power cord back in and check if this fix the issue?Please reply back with the result.
