This is Dr. David
sounds like you have air in your bladder.
you need to have a cystoscopy scope procedure when a urology doctor looks inside your bladder with a camera.
you need urine cytology to see what is in those brown bits, most likely blood clots.
you could have a bladder cancer causing this blood and gas.
how long have you had this bleeding in your urine?
Small bits of blood for 15 - 16 days, gas about the same time.
do you have an appointment to see a urologist
to get a cystoscopy to look inside of your bladder?
My GP is calling me back today with an appointment to see a urologist.
that is good.
see a urologist as soon as possible
and get a cystoscopy procedure.
you could have a cancer of your bladder.
do you have other questions for me?
Could cancer come on that quick, ie in a matter of days, last question.
most likely if this is a bladder cancer, it has been there a long time.
you can have small amounts of blood in your urine that you can't see
which can only be picked up on microscopic urine testing.
I am worried that something has eaten a hole between the bladder and rectum or the bladder and the abdominal cavity.
and that is what is causing the gas coming out of your penis.
and the blood in the urine and blood clots coming out of your penis is very worrisome for a bladder cancer.
so you need to see a urologist to go in and assess and look at what is inside of the bladder.
and take a biopsy
best of luck to you
let me know what they find.

I had a scan for cancer about a month ago and it was clear, i had bowel cancer(stage 3) which was removed about 17 months ago, I also had radio therapy and chemo.
a CT scan is good, but can't see inside of the bladder
find out of the scan showed any bladder wall thickening.
bladder wall thickening can be hard to interpret on a CT Scan
and could be either scar tissue or bladder cancer.
Thank you very much.
you are welcome

thanks for using JustAnswer.com
I know you did not have full history and all the info especially the heavy radio therapy I underwent to shrink the tumor . But it seems my doc has concluded that what I have is radiation cystitis but I am having a cystoscopy procedure and seeing a urologist.
Once again thank you for your help and Merry Christmas, Liam.
