I am only interested in the "Malleable " version in detail, because tht has been recommended for me.

I am particularly concerned because I am on Warfrin and Diabetic whilst suffering from slight constipation and need to strain to clear my bowels daily. Will I be able recover reasonably after the operation for insertion?

I would like to see a clear diagram of the way the inserts are placed.

The malleable device is placed in the same manner as the inflatable device. The only difference, is that there is no reservoir or pump to place.

Being a diabetic or being on warfarin does not make you a poor candidate for this procedure. You just need to make sure your hemoglobin A-1 C level is near the normal range and your sugars well-controlled. Your doctor will also need to make sure that you can come off your Coumadin temporarily for this procedure. Hope this helps.
