This sounds like you are in retention of urine and at your age, this is most likely due to an enlarged prostate. You have inflammation in the bladder as well which could be due to a urinary tract infection due to the retention of urine. See your urologist for an evaluation and they will likely need to consider having you start on intermittent self catheterization to empty the bladder sling do not damage your kidneys or cause severe urinary tract infection.
