This his Dr. David

they don't look like STD or something worrisome

they could be due to early fordcyt spots on the penis or clogged skin pores or eczema on your skin.

you can show it to your doctor next time you see your doctor.

do they itch or are they painful?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Thanks Dr David, they are not painful or itchy. I must say you have put my mind at ease. Is there anything I can do/use to treat these?

Expert:  Dr. David replied 3 years ago.
that is good they are not painful or itchy

you can try over the counter hydrocortisone cream 1% which you can use 1-2 times a day for 1-2 weeks only. don't use them more than 2 weeks without seeing a doctor. long term use can thin the skin

steroid creams can help things like lichen planus of the penis or eczema of the penis.

good luck
