HI'Did you have blood in urine ?Any pain while passing urine ?Prior radiation therapy ?Please let me know.Dr.Tharun

No blood ,no pain when passing urine but get a "sensation" between passing urine.

Had direct imaging radiotherapy in April 2013 for prostate cancer.

Current PSA .003

Telangiectasia is dilatation or proliferation of small blood vessels which in your case is due to prior radiation therapy. It is nothing to be worried about, but can cause occasional bleeding and hence blood in urine.In that case it needs to be cauterized to stop the bleeding.Otherwise it just has to be followed up regularly.If you have any questions, please let me know.Dr.Tharun
