Welcome to Just Answer,

I have seen this fault a couple of times and was caused by an exhaust blow on the manifold, they normally blow by cylinder 1/2 either by a broken stud or a cracked manifold.

This then lets air in causing the O2 sensors to read in correctly and this causes the wrong mixture on start up.

I hope this helps, best regards, Vauxdoc.
