Does look in any way like waht you are seeing in your dog's mouth?

Thanks for that, Boxers have a special problem as far as their gums go because the suffer from a type of gum growth called an epulis. It can take various forms and given your breed this is most likely what you are dealing with. The good news is that they are almost always 100% benign but the bad news is that the only way to get rid of them is by surgical removal. More info HERE
