One of my ganders (15 years old approx) seems to be growing

Customer Question

One of my ganders (15 years old approx) seems to be growing weaker and weaker by the day. When I was watching it try to eat it seemed to have problems opening its bill. It prefers to stay in the pond and now is dirty, probably because it cannot preen itself. Any ideas?
