my gold fish are at the surface of the pond... look like they are looking for food but not eating it when i put some in. Is this a problem?

Have you tested the pond water for Ammonia, Nitrites, Nitrates and PH?

Do you have an areator in the pond?

How big is the pond?

Do you have Koi?

How many fish?
