Hello,

My name is ***** ***** I’m a biologist with a special interest in fish. I'm sorry to hear of this iproblem. Some additional information will be useful.

Is this a newly set up tank or one that has been running for some time?

How big is it?

Have you tested the water? If so, what numbers in parts per million (ppm) did you get for ammonia and nitrites?

How many fish do you have?

Do the bubbles look like actual air bubbles on the fish, or are they growths on the fish?

Do you see any red or pink streaks (like blood vessels) on the tails or fins of the fish?

Thank you.

Anna
