I'm sorry that your question wasn't answered in a timely manner. Unfortunately, an online vet can't evaluate the anatomy of a dog in a long-distance manner. In other words, is the shortened soft palate still swollen from surgery and obstructing Bella's airway or are there additional anatomical problems that need correcting - laryngeal paralysis, everting laryngeal saccules, stenotic nares, or collapsing trachea (windpipe)? Whatever the cause, Bella needs to be in an oxygen cage at this time until the etiology of her current behavior is determined and addressed appropriately.
May I have an update on Bella, please?
