I have a Samsung WB500 camera. I had a mishap and apparently

Resolved Question:

I have a Samsung WB500 camera. I had a mishap and apparently "lost" all my photos (about 500) all at once. It would appear that they are still in my camera a) because my delete function is full and b) when I turn on power one of my lost pictures appears on the screen momentarily. Please, how do I release all my other photos? They are of my Swiss holiday and I have no others?

I am not too good at understanding computer technology.

It seems the lost photos are not in your camera external memory and internal memory shows only three photos. Scanning internal memory is not possible hence data recovery.

Hello my name isXXXXX look forward to assisting and am very sorry to hear that you are having this problem.
Before anything else I want to make sure you know it is extremely possible that you will not be able to recover any of these images, although I wish I did I have no control over that.

Download and install recuva from here: Click Here
Choose priform under the free version.

Make sure the camera is connected to the computer and open recuva.
Click next and then choose pictures and click next again.

Choose on media card or ipod then click next.
Put a check in the box that says enable deep scan and then click on start.

If anything at all can be recovered this will find it.
If it does not find anything unfortunately although I wish you could you will not be able to recover anything.
