If it still does not join / connect, please click on the website below:https://www.join.me, then click on "start meeting" at that website, then download and run the file join.me when it prompts or shows, (if prompted, click on Share), then tell me the 9 digit numbers that it will show in the join.me program., (Do not close the Join.me program.)
And/or have you tried taking out the memory card from the camera, then insert it to the memory card slot on the computer if there is one? And/or can you get a USB memory card reader?
