Yes, it is possible to transfer pictures to your laptop. There are two ways to transfer it.

A. If you have driver installed on your computer (if you connected your camera to computer before to transfer pictures successfully) follow the steps below:

Use USB cable to connect your camera to laptop. Select "PC" on your camera (if "PictBridge PTP" is selected, cancel it). On your computer: Go to "Computer" or "My Computer", and check "DCIM", "MISC" and "PRIVATE1" folders. In one of them you will find your pictures.

B. If you trying to connect your camera to laptop for the first time use the link below to download software that will allow you easy pictures transfer.

Scroll down and select "Software" tab. Click and download "PHOTOfunSTUDIO Software Installation (for Windows)". After installation, use USB cable to connect your camera, open the software and copy pictures to your computer.

Please don't hesitate to ask if you have any difficulties. I will be happy to help with any follow up questions.

If you have any difficulties or you need more information please do not rate my answer negative BAD service or POOR service. Reply to me using "Reply to Expert" button and I'll provide you with more help.
