What is the make and model of the camera please?
The camera is a Sony Digital Still Camera. Cyber-Shot Serial No. DSCHX50
I am not very computer friendly so hope you will answer my question in easy stages i.e. when I have frame in view on camera where subject is low down and needs to be brought up into mid picture or subject is too small and distant brought nearer and bigger. Perhaps my camera cannot do this but buy old (cheaper) one did !
Hi I am back again. Good morning. I'm still not completely clear. Are you trying to zoom in on your subject before you take the shot?
No I can do that. Its altering the shot that I have taken before I print it. Bringing moving the subject up /down closer - is it called panning ?
You can do this in you computer. Do you print from your PC or directly from the camera?
From the camera. I don't know how to put the pictures on the computer so I print them on my photo printer or take them to Boots. My son always sorted this for me but is not available at the moment.
Ok, hold on for a second and I'll take a look.
After you have taken a picture, you can review it on the camera's rear screen. While doing this, you can zoom in and out using the zoom control.
Can you try that for me?
thank you I have made the image great by zoom control. I can't save it as it goes back to small when I press menu.
How do I find trimming ?
It is in Menu>Retouch>Trimming (Resize).
Go into Trimming and adjust it in there.
Thank you Steve for excellent service to an elderly lady !
Thank you so much !
