Steve G. :

I need to gather some more information from you in order to help.

Steve G. :

It appears that you are in the UK. Is this a UK market 7000 or did you purchase it abroad somewhere?

Steve G. :

Actually, it appears all markets get that update. That is the latest. Nikon separates the firmware into three different parts. A, B and L. This is so each can be updated individually if required. Each controls a different microprocessor in the camera.

Steve G. :

You have the latest. You are good to go!

Customer:

Thanks Steve. I think I nearly got there myself. Useful cinfirmation.

Steve G. :

You are most welcome.

Customer:

On another point I didn't think my first payment had gone through to you and I cancelled the screens. I then started again with the same question to a guy names Andres. This money has been taken from my account and I would loke a refund.

Steve G. :

I'm not really privy to billing issues. I see that customer service has locked a question that you asked previously.

Customer:

I thouight I had to be satisfied with the answers I receive before the deal is finalised. ?? Apparantly not. The chat screen dretai;l I did not find very clear. Time for a review perhaps.

Customer:

Just viewed your reply . .thanks. What does that mean and who do I approach for a refund??

Customer:

Steve G. :

I see that you have zero positive ratings which means that although you placed a deposit, you have no allocated it to an expert for their help.

Steve G. :

So it is still in your Just Answer account.

Steve G. :

The amount I am not sure of but you have not paid any expert here as far as I can see.

Customer:

Ah ha. OK thanks for that. I'll have a look at the detail to see if I can view.
