It appears that you are in the UK. Is this a UK market 7000 or did you purchase it abroad somewhere?
Actually, it appears all markets get that update. That is the latest. Nikon separates the firmware into three different parts. A, B and L. This is so each can be updated individually if required. Each controls a different microprocessor in the camera.

On another point I didn't think my first payment had gone through to you and I cancelled the screens. I then started again with the same question to a guy names Andres. This money has been taken from my account and I would loke a refund.
