Hi,

Does copies / date come up when you select the Trash Can symbol or does the camera not allow you to select it?

when I start follow the steps you have printed , starting at copies /date when I press first step then ok[ setting being recorded]. comes up I wait until it goes of and continue but cannot get to no button after date. . Is this because settings for recording come up I need the camera for a very important function tomorrow and live in an isolated area with no access to photography shop that may help

Expert:  Russell A. replied 2 years ago.
Will the camera turn off? If so, please turn it off. If not, remove the batteries, allow it to sit for 1 minute and put the battery back in and turn it on.

When you turn the camera on it should be in normal mode, ither picure taking mode or playback.

From the screen that is shown when you turn the camera on....Press the Trash Button shown in the picture that I sent. Please let me know what comes up when you press that button.
