Expert:  michelleclive replied 2 years ago.
did you watch the video link a gave?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Yes I did
Expert:  michelleclive replied 2 years ago.
were you able to remove the sd card from the slot.
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Unfortunately not
Expert:  michelleclive replied 2 years ago.
the sd slot is spring loaded when you push down the sd card and release it, it should pop out an inch then you pull it out. What happens does it push in with sprint tension or not. Try one more time use a wooden matches stick push down a bit more and release it let me know how it goes.
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
The spring loading mechanism is workiing OK but the card is
not releasing
Expert:  michelleclive replied 2 years ago.
it must be stuck inside if you apply force it till break something inside or it might damage the slot in that case the camera needs to be opened to release the lock stuck in.
Expert:  michelleclive replied 2 years ago.
if the camera is in warranty then you can call panasonic to get it fixed and if its not in warranty then you have to get this fixed from a camera repair technician.
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
So do I have to contact the makers or suppliers
Expert:  michelleclive replied 2 years ago.
absolutely correct as this is not a technical problem which can be fixed on suggestions there are steps which we can follow to a limitation and if we try force the camera will be damaged and will be out of warrranty. I know it does not sound good but the fact is i do not want to damage your warranty. If this is out of warranty i can look for a de assembly video for you through which you can open the case and remove the stuck sd card in.
