Hello and thank you for your question. I would look forward to assisting you today. Can you tell me please, what model of camera you have?

Thanks Dan
Doh! what an obvious omission.
It's an E500 with a small dial on the top that zooms into the picture with each turn. The arrows allow you to frame your edited picture.
How do you save that cropped work as an extra picture?
cheers
Patrick

No problem. You cannot make a photo larger than the original. What I would suggest is shooting in the highest image quality, which in the case of your camera is 1280x960 and then size it down if needed. You will need to shoot in jpeg and not raw format for any re-sizing you may want to do in the camera. Raw format is best if you want to transfer the photo to a computer and use something like photoshop to edit it.

If I remember correctly, when you resize the photo it is saved as a separate image, but you may want to experiment just to make sure.

Thank you I just need to crop the image and save that cropped image without removing the card or importing it to my MacBook
Thank you
