Hi there
I recently emailed you with a question about my Olympus 1010/1020 camera and the fact it will not initialize error code (Oxc150002)
I paid my deposit via a visa card but it did not go any further so I do not know if it has taken my money or prepared a reply for me - how can I find out please?

As the first step, can you please remove the battery and wait 10 minutes.
While waiting, hold the shutter button down for 60 seconds then release.
Then put the battery back in, turn on the camera and tell me please if it now functions.
