My camera (CANON IXUS 9015) will not work , I get the message 'CARD LOCKED' Please Advise

Hello my name is***** do not rate until we are finished. I look forward to assisting and am very sorry to hear that you are having this problem. Remove the card from the camera and there should be a tiny switch on the side. Move it back and forth a few times then leave it on the unlock side. After that please test it again for me.
