WHY DOES MY COMPUTER NOT RECONISE MY KODAK EASYSHARE DX7400 CAMERA

Hello and thank you for your question. I look forward to assisting you today. Kodak has pretty much gone out of business as far as its consumer division is concerned. The best way to transfer photos from your camera, is to remove the SD card the photos are stored on inside the camera and insert it directly into your computer. You can then copy them from the card to a folder on the computer for storage. Let me know if you need further assistance.
