Hi Martin. Welcome to justanswer.Press Menu/SetTab down to the "toolbox icon" (3rd down after camera, then movie, then toolbox)Tab down until you reach page 5 of this menu area and the first one at the top of this page is "RESET" and this will set you back to the factor settings.

Hi, I asked a question and received reply from nathan_mills.
Since then I have tried everything to respond to nathan to no avail.
How do I respond to nathan?
My reply to nathan;
Hi, Tried suggestion but only 2 (two) pages are displayed under the Tools list.
5 (five) items listed: Starting with - "Clock Set" and ending with "Stabilizer Demo"
I have no intention paying another £13 for an answer that does not work.
Regards, Martin
Oh! I tried to submit above and was directed to a solicitor – what is going on?

Check the page 35 of manual. CLICK HERE FOR MANUAL
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Found it - Page 27.
It appears camera has to be set on "P"
and there it is on page five at the top.
I had it set on "Auto" where there are only 2 pages under "Tools"
You did not state what the camera should be set on but I found it after printing out the manual.
Regards, Martin

I didn't know you have set it on Auto mode. I would have surely done if you would still be not able to reset the camera. Glad that the manual which I provided helped you. Please rate the chat POSITIVELY. Thanks Martin. Have a good day.Regards Nathan
